DESCRIPTION: One, two, WOBBEL go! A special yoga session for kids and their parents!
The WOBBEL board invites playfulness into yoga and makes these family classes exciting and fresh.

Together with Eva you will go on a Wobbelyoga adventure: From riding high sea waves to becoming still like a tree, we find balance between movement and relaxation. All is possible on, in, under and around the WOBBEL.

In this workshop children and parents work together, becoming aware of their body and breath as we move. We will do partner exercises, testing our balance, concentration and building trust.

Are you ready to WOBBEL with us? We‘re looking forward to rocking and moving with you at the studio!

NOTE: The Wobbelyoga workshops are best suited for children aged 4 to 7 years (< 1,40 m tall). The class will be held in English.
