DESCRIPTION: Come and fly with us!! Feel your body awakening, stretching and get a wonderful relaxation in the hammocks!

There is no better feeling when you're streaching deeply, getting in the monkey pose, looking upside down and taking everything into a right prespective :-)

To keep our hammocks safe and clean we ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers. Wearing a T-shirt that covers your armpits is a must.
Bring your own yoga mat to the practice, or rent one from us (2 euro).
If you are new to Aerial Yoga we highly recommend you to sign up for our Aerial Yoga Basics workshop first .
