DESCRIPTION: This playful class is a fun workout for you and play-time for your child! 

We'll get into the slings to practice deep stretches, fun exercises, and mindful movement - a great way to deepen your bond with your child while having fun. 

Bonus: the yoga slings have an energizing and relaxing effect! You'll be surprised how calm your little monkeys are after class (and that means some quiet time for you!)

Open to children from 3 to 6 years old.
Price €25 (price for one parent and one child)

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin) 
- Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class start time. 

Extra info:
In order to keep our yoga slings clean and sanitary, we ask that you kindly:
- Wear a shirt that covers your underarms (no vests, tank tops or spaghetti straps).
- Wear clothes with no zips or hooks that might damage the slings.
- Ensure feet are free from any dirt or dust from the street.

Cancellation policy: 
- You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the workshop/event starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system and sending us an email to arrange refund.
