DESCRIPTION: Every time we enter a new year, we welcome a new beginning. It’s a time when we can celebrate and release the past, while looking forward to what’s to come.

We warmly invite you to dive into a traditional yoga practice to consciously live this transition, building presence and clarity, and setting personal intentions.

Let your breathing guide your movements, to transform your Sun Salutations into an active meditation.

What further to expect?
We will start with a deep warm up and gradual introduction to the 36 series of Sun Salutations A, which we will develop in 4 rounds of 9, taking a rest between each round.
THIS PRACTICE IS FOR EVERYONE! The sequence is short and easy to follow. Being free to rest always when you need to.

Price: Free for members with an Unlimited class pass.
€20 per person OR 2 classes of your royalty membership. 
Participants: min. 3, max. 12.
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel free of charge 7 days before the initiation of the event. Refund will be issued.
Cancellations after this time frame is not eligible for refund.
