DESCRIPTION: We are happy to announce online Yin yoga is back. 

For Monday nights in December, pre-existing students may join class online. Perfect for those of your traveling or feeling a bit introverted during these darker nights at home. 

We ask that you have already taken a class with Audra in person, prior to joining online. You’ll need to have the following at home ready for class. 

2 blankets
A firm pillow
2 yoga blocks or large books equal in size 
A robe strap, or tie, or a yoga strap

Students have up to 2 hours cancelation notice prior to the start of call. Please cancel within Momo system to ensure class refund. 

The link to the zoom class will be sent about 45 minutes before class starts. ENJOY!!
