We are looking forward to ending this year together with you in style. Join Biddy for a Slow Flow Yoga class at 9:15. It will be a special class with some time to reflect on your 2018. Give yourself the gift of an hour of self care on the last day of the year!

After class we would love to share a glass of bubbly (or tea, yogi's choice ;) )and a toast with you. Saying goodbye to 2018 and looking forward to a wonderful 2019!
