This Flow will come with a Spotify playlist that you can use if you want! When we start and your mics are muted, Biddy will countdown to when we will all hit PLAY. We will flow to the music together!

You will receive the link to the Spotify Playlist together with the link to our live stream on Zoom!

PS: No prior Yoga experience needed, all levels are welcome!
