DESCRIPTION: Join Biddy - from the comfort of your home - for a lovely Slow Flow Yoga, followed by Yoga Nidra. 
Let’s start Sunday evening as relaxed as you possibly can be. We will start by moving to the rhythm of your breath to release stress and tension, after that we settle in to allow our body to rest and Biddy will take your mind on a journey in a step by step relaxation. The perfect set up for a good night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the new week.

Make sure you have 2 pillows, a big towel, a blanket and something to cover your eyes with to your Yoga mat!
