DESCRIPTION: YEAH!! We’re taking this practice outdoors! 
Sunday mornings are for relaxing, and this yoga flow practice is the ideal way to unwind body and mind. Biddy will guide you, moving from one pose to another, with grace and awareness.  
Of course there’s always Savasana too :-) We therefore advise you to make sure you are dressed in layers and warm enough for the end relaxation.  

We meet at De Nieuwe Plantage Park. Please bring your yoga mat with you, a blanket and your water bottle. 

This class is for ALL levels. Men, women and beginners are more than welcome !
