Is there a better way to enjoy your weekend than mindfully moving together outdoors?? NO! 
Join us for a nourishing way to start your Sunday, with a joyful soundtrack of nature (no music, just nature’s sounds) to get the energy moving. 

This outdoors yoga class will be taught by Biddy and will focus on breath and movement. 
All levels are welcome, as modifications will be offered, so don’t be afraid to continue or restart your yoga practice now! 

Enjoy a fun Yoga Flow in the heart of Delft and be ready to fill your hearts with calmness and courage.  

Some practicalities:
-	Dress warmly and in layers
-	Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and a bottle of water with you
-	Come 5-10 minutes earlier to settle down and found a comfortable spot in the park.
