DESCRIPTION: Are you a kid (7-12 years old) who feels the need to move, laugh, do some acrobatics, and enjoy some mindful moments? If you answered "✓" Then this outdoors, fun, Wobbel Class is just for you!!

What's a Wobbel? So glad you asked! It's a balance board that you can do all sorts of cool and amazing moves and poses on while working your core strength AND balancing your way to improved flexibility (that's parent talk 😉).

Ok, back to the fun kid stuff. Wobbels make everything more entertaining! Don't believe me?! Just try balancing on one without cracking a smile, and maybe even a laugh!
So, if you're into getting your tree pose on, while hovering off the ground, come join us this Sunday (the sun will be there too).
We promise to make you smile 😊

Here's the plan kids:
• 16:00-17:00 @ Nieuwe Plantage Park
• You're invited to join if you're 7-12 years old
• Bring 2 beach towels and a bottle of water
• Wear comfy, stretchy, clothes
• Bring your funny bone
