DESCRIPTION: Come and fly with us! We can think of no better way to start your week than taking an Aerial class on Mondays. ! Feel your body awakening, stretching and get a wonderful relaxation in the hammocks.

To keep our hammocks safe and clean we ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers. Wearing a T-shirt that covers your armpits is a must.

Bring your own yoga mat (or a towel!) and a bottle of water to the practice.
