DESCRIPTION: Come and join Leah as she helps you find you some much needed Zen! In Yin Yoga, we become deeply at peace and use breathwork to move energy to a positive and freeing space. 

Bio:
Leah is one of our guest teachers and has been part of the Womanhood family since we opened in 2018. She is a 200-hour trained Hatha Yoga teacher in the Anusara tradition. Her classes focus on heartwork, breathwork and encouraging yogi's to experience the freedom of feeling comfortable and safe in their own body. Leah's classes are filled with laughter and silliness. You can expect a very nurturing experience. She invites students to feel at home on their yoga mat and most importantly to connect with their innermost heart space. Yoga is meant to bring us closer to the sunlight of the Spirit and Leah's practice is just that! Sunny and spiritual.
