Join us Mondays and Fridays for a postnatal session with your baby! Our classes for mom & babies are informal, friendly, and offer a supportive space in which it's easier to bond and interact with your baby.

You can restore and strengthens your body, have fun with other moms while working on rehabilitation of the the pelvis region.

Tami encourages you to train so that you get a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.

Don't forget to have at home with you:
- Your yoga mat
- A large towel/blanket for your baby.
