DESCRIPTION: Come and fly with us!! Feel your body awakening, stretching and get a wonderful relaxation in the hammocks, close to mother nature. There is no better feeling when you're in the monkey pose, looking upside down, smelling the green grass.

To keep our hammocks safe and clean we ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers. Wearing a T-shirt that covers your armpits is a must.

Bring your own yoga mat (or a towel!) and a bottle of water to the practice.
If you are new to Aerial Yoga we highly recommend you sign up for our Aerial Yoga Basics workshop first.
