This class gives you a change to recover and recharge in a very special way. We use the silks to experience deeper stretches and the pressure of the silks can provide you with deep tissue massages. The postures and deeper breaths invite you to observe and experience the present moment. Releasing tension while we mindfully use core strengthening elements that support a strong posture and release back pain.

Feeling the need to check in with yourself, slow down and recharge? Feeling tired, stressed or overworked and/or feeling tightness in the body? Then this Fly Low class is the answer! Off course, also when you do feel fit, this class still is bliss.

This type of Aerial Yoga has a whole different feel from regular Aerial classes (waist level). But if you are an experienced Aerial Yoga lover, you might very much love this too. For those who are not really comfortable doing regular Aerial yoga, but love the relaxing and meditative element of the practice, Fly Low is perfect for you. No heights, balancing postures, no inversions etc.

The poses range from being on, hovering slightly over and off the ground. You will find those poses to be sometimes challenging, but definitely grounding, relaxing and healing.

Bring your own yoga mat (or a towel!) and enjoy!
If you don’t have a mat, you can rent a mat for €2,- (cash/tikkie)

What to wear
• Wear a stretchy, comfortable yoga/Pilates outfit, with no buttons or zippers as theymight damage the slings.
• Bring an extra sweater or warm socks for relaxation.

We advise not to eat or drink an hour before the class
