Hello expectant moms and welcome into the journey of creation! There is life growing inside of you, and that’s very exciting.

The best thing you can do for your baby is to take care of yourself during pregnancy. Living a healthy life style includes exercising; that will give you both a better chance at a healthy start.
As your baby grows your center of gravity will shift. Hormonal changes during pregnancy promote flexibility in the joints and muscles. Women do experience more strains to their muscles and ligaments during this time because their bodies are wisely making them more “stretchy”. And that’s where PILATES comes for the “rescue”.

Prenatal Pilates provides a safe way of exercising throughout your pregnancy, giving you tools for deep support and mental strength. The class helps you create strength in preparation for labour and also helps you avoid common problems that occur in pregnancy such as backache, postural imbalances, low energy levels and poor circulation.

The Pilates technique aims to improve the muscle tone and strength, but we also exercises breathing techniques that help to improve and support your emotional and mental wellbeing.

You can join our classes even if you have never practiced Pilates before.
