We’re happy to present a new class at Womanhood Studio: Friday Morning Meditations with Mel.

During the class, you will be guided through a 25 to 30 minute meditation to ground yourself, quieten your mind and reconnect to stillness. You can take this inner calm with you throughout your day.

Meditations change every week and include breathing meditations, gratitude meditations, mantra meditations, loving kindness meditations, and more.

The class ends with a cup of tea and a healthy plant-based snack: the perfect start to your Friday and weekend!

Suitable for experienced meditators and newbies!

Price: €10 each, or get four classes for €32 (saving €8)

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you wish to swap your class from in-studio to online, you must do this via MomoYoga.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

Zoom classes:
- You will receive an automatic email from MomoYoga 45 minutes before the start time with all the details to join the Zoom call.
- If you book a class within 45 minutes of the start time, you will not get an email, however you can find the link to the zoom class in the class description on MomoYoga.
