When your baby is getting ready to move more, so are you! Our new Yoga & Play classes are a great way to get stronger and find joy together. The perfect next step after postnatal healing classes.

The class will involve fun and movement for both you and your baby! Mums and dads will enjoy a flow yoga class and involve their little ones playfully. We will have a play area set up for the babies too!

The classes are best suited for parents with children aged 9 months to 3 years. Come join us, let’s move while the children play!

This class is now on our schedule weekly so you can come play more often!

Cost: €14,- per parent/child couple!
The Royalty card for Yoga & Pilates classes is valid for this class too, as is your Unlimited card.

Eva & Biddy will take turns hosting this class!
