Join us this Valentine’s Day for a special evening!

We are excited to welcome you for an evening where we celebrate Love and Connection! Bring your best friend, your lover, your partner, your husband, your wife, your father or your mother and come have fun.

We will start the evening with a Partner Yoga class. Moving together, supporting and deepening each other’s movements. Communicating through connection, our breath and laughter we will explore how to work together on our yoga mats.

The second part of the evening will take place in the Aerial Hammocks or supported with props on the ground, on your mat. As we all lay down, Biddy will guide you through a special Yoga Nidra practice. A guided meditation, where as our body relaxes, our mind gets taken on a journey about Love!

The evening ends as every Valentine’s Day should, with chocolates and your choice of tea or red wine ;)

A note on the partner yoga class: it will focus on supporting and connecting, no acrobatics!
