Prenatal Pilates for moms-to-be is a great way to stay in shape during the coming pregnancy months. The Pilates routine is safe to do in every trimester, not only it builds strength, balance and stamina, but can also help you have an easier labour. Our classes are based on the STOTT PILATES exercise technique.
We will focus on opening the shoulders and chest to give more freedom to your breath and more space for your growing baby. We will study some exercises to strengthen both your legs and arms, to stay healthy and fit. Our Pilates classes will help to prepare your body, mind and emotional system to approach delivery in a more aware and confident way.
