Class description
Start your day by the sea before the heat sets in with 60 minutes of mindful movement, breath and connection.

We begin with a gentle moment to simply arrive—checking in with body, mind, and breath—before flowing into soft, energizing movement. This all-level class invites you to move in a way that feels good, with plenty of variations offered. Expect a playful vibe, clear guidance, and maybe even a well-placed joke or two. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected.

Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!

Class description
This 75-minute morning class offers a gentle, grounding start into your day and weekend with a calming blend of gentle stretches, long-held poses, and quiet moments of stillness. Inspired by Yin Yoga, it focuses on slowing down, releasing tension, and creating space, both in your body and in your mind.

We’ll move slowly and mindfully, using gravity and the support of the earth rather than lots of props. Supported by the natural soundtrack of the water, this practice invites you to arrive, slow down, unwind and reconnect; with yourself and the elements around you.

Class description
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival and a short grounding practice to help you land in the moment. Then, you'll be invited to find a comfortable position and simply receive the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. In this intimate setting, the gentle flicker of candles and the sounds help calm the nervous system, soften the body and connect with a moment of calm amidst the vibrant pace of Mallorca. You don’t need any experience — just come as you are, in comfy clothes.

We are all a work in progress — and sometimes, the most powerful work is done in stillness.

Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or use a pacemaker or any other implanted medical device, please consult your healthcare provider before attending the sound bath. The vibrations and sounds may affect certain conditions.

New to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations? This class offers detailed guidance on postures, including various adaptations for different body types and anatomies. We practice in a small group; you’re invited to be curious, ask questions, and engage in a friendly dialogue, creating a supportive workshop atmosphere where learning and connection come first. No experience needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
