DESCRIPTION: This class is designed for practitioners who want to go beyond the basics and deepen their understanding of Advanced Hatha Yoga with close, personalised guidance from Viresh.

Each session focuses on precision, alignment, breath control, and the mindful strength required for more advanced postures and transitions. Viresh adapts the practice to the level of the group, offering refined variations, detailed verbal cues, and a safe, supportive environment to challenge yourself and progress at your own rhythm.

Students enrolled in the teacher training or certification program have the option to message Viresh the day before with one or two specific elements they would like to explore — an advanced asana, a breathing technique, or a particular skill — and he will integrate them into the session. Other practitioners are warmly welcome to join and benefit from the depth of instruction.

📌 It is recommended to be a regular practitioner to join this class.
If you are new to Hatha Yoga or prefer a gentler pace, our other Hatha or Soft Yoga classes are better suited and will help you prepare for this level.
