DESCRIPTION: This first month of the year will be all about finding Stillness in the body and mind. January is a full winter month where we can rest and be still. We will be holding some yin poses extra long and will include meditation. 

Mats will be provided, beginners welcome. 

To keep yoga accessible this class is ''pay as you can''. You can contribute in cash or with a tikkie after the class :).
