DESCRIPTION: In this 1-hour spring Yin yoga class, we will focus on grounding ourselves in the spring season so we can rise and be our best selves. We will take longer grounding poses, combined with some more dynamics Yin stretches.

Classes are pay-as you can, mats will be provided, everyone welcome.

5 EUR - Basic support
10 EUR- Pays for the studio rental
15 EUR- studio rental + pays me
20 EUR- studio rental, pay me and support these classes and make them viable
