DTSTART;TZID=Europe/Amsterdam:20261122T100000

LOCATION:Body & mind centrum (Lammenschansweg 15C, 2313 DH Leiden)
DESCRIPTION: In November, trees are shedding their leaves; we will try and do the same by letting go of what no longer serves us. We will also focus on releasing tension with long-held Yin poses, slow movement & gentle fascia release techniques. This is a 1-hour class, pay-as-you-can, with mats provided. Beginners are welcome.
