DESCRIPTION: On Thursday's we practice Morning Stretching followed by basic standing postures.. Come find your morning GLOW!

This class is for all levels. We start with Yin for the joints to strengthen and lubricate them. Followed by some easy basic standing postures to develop strength thoughout the entire body. We always end class with a restorative backbend using props to help the whole body relax and renew.
