Inspire Hythe, The Studio
In these classes we start slowly and gradually build up the heat. The main section of the practice is spent moving the whole body, flowing through a series of asanas (positions) in line with our breath.
Then we slow back down, taking the time to really relax, hone in on our bodies and meditate in Savasana.
Improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance, whilst boosting mental well-being, through relaxation of the mind and focusing the attention.
*All classes are tailored to those in the room, with plenty of options to modify poses or progress them depending on how you feel in the moment.
