This class focuses on healthy aging and is suitable for all levels. Each class will build upon a foundation of breath work while using floor and standing postures to promote mobility, balance and strength. All classes will include postures that help to maintain physical, mental and emotional wellness. Adaptations will be made available for anyone needing them.
