DESCRIPTION: Justine is a long time student  &amp;amp;  passionate teacher of yoga. She is trained in the Anusara Yoga lineage, an alignment based practice of Hatha Yoga. Her experience of peri menopause collided with her role as mother to teenagers &amp;amp; a total lack of understanding about what was happening to her. It was her yoga practice that helped her to release her resistance to aging &amp;amp; make positive changes to support her body. Since then she has undertaken training in teaching yoga for menopause with Niamh Daly of Yinstinct Yoga. This has led to a better understanding of how to support women during all stages of menopause. Now she is on a mission to share information &amp;amp; different techniques from yoga that can help women navigate this journey. A little about the Workshop: - share experiences of perimenopause and menopause  Breath work &amp;amp; movement to connect with the body  Biochemical changes of menopause &amp;amp; the impacts. How to support health &amp;amp; wellbeing  A yoga practice - 40 - 60 minute practice focusing on things to consider at this point in life. 
Lunch 30 -45 minutes catered by the Organic Feast Wholefoods Cafe.

Session with Justine The Naturopath covering natural remedies, nutrition and other supportive means of navigating this phase with ease and grace.
Finishing with a Restorative practice and Yoga Nidra.
