DESCRIPTION: During regular classes we barely touch on the potential available in a full length Yoga Nidra session. 
These monthly sessions will include an introduction into how Yoga Nidra works and how we can create a potent Sankalpa (a positive resolve) that steers you toward your fullest potential.
This class is limited to 10 participants to allow time for 1:1 attention and sharing.
I had been practising Yoga Nidra for many years. Around 3 years ago I began studying this meditation at a deeper level. I can attest to its life changing benefits - I would love to share it with you.
Yoga Nidra is taken laying down, this removes the physical distraction we typically battle with seated meditations. 
Bring any props you have, a blanket, pillow, eye pillow and water.
