Our practice will be outside, on the lawn adjacent the cafe. In the case of inclement weather we can move inside to the upstairs space with big windows overlooking the Maitland landscape.
If you are free, you are welcome to stay for Satsang  "(Sanskrit: सत्सङ्ग),  refers to the practice of gathering in the company of good people for the performance of devotional activities."
We can enjoy a cuppa from the cafe along with some conscious conversation.
