We will explore the healing and relaxing benefits of slow, considered poses, guided breathing practices (Pranayama) and Meditation.
Please have a bolster (or pillow), a strap (or scarf), a bath / beach towel and a blanket ready. If you can, prepare the space for your practice. Light a candle, dim the lights, grab an eye pillow... xo
