This workshop is a yoga-based myofascial release class — a slow, intuitive practice using Tune Up Balls, gentle foam rolling, and yoga-inspired movement to release tension and restore ease throughout the body. It’s all about softening, breathing, and coming home to yourself.

The investment is $25, and all equipment is provided — just bring yourself and an open heart. 💛
