This is a feminine, freeing, and empowering space where we move, express, and strengthen ourselves through connection to our body and emotions.
The class includes exercises for strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination, alongside techniques from different dance styles and expressive movement.
We’ll explore a mix of genres – from hip hop and modern jazz to musical theater and improvisation.

Everyone is welcome – just come with an open heart and dance yourself, exactly as you are.
