DESCRIPTION: 🇪🇸Empezaremos la semana con una práctica rica de yoga dinámico- vinyasa Flow para todos los niveles en la playa de la Malagueta ♥️ 
Movimiento al ritmo de la respiración consciente, meditación, relajación.. estar en el aquí y ahora observando lo que hay. Ponemos una intención para la clase, el día y la semana despidendonos del año... Estamos cultivando una actitud de paciencia, aceptación, no-juicio, la mente de principiante... no solo flexibilidad física sino mental y emocional.
Necesitas un pareo/esterilla de yoga, gafas de sol, agua y ropa cómoda.

🇬🇧 We start the week with this yummy dynamic yoga class - all levels Vinyasa Flow on the beach.
Movement at the pace of our conscious breath, meditation, relaxation... being present in the here and now open to whatever we experience. 
We set up an intention for the class, day, week or the month while we're also saying goodbye to this year...
We are cultivating the attitude of pacience, acceptance, non-judgement, beginner's mind... not only physical but emotional and mental flexibility...
You will need: a beach towel/old yoga mat, sunglasses, water and comfy clothes.
Price: €12. It's covered by your monthly fee.
