1 de mayo, festivo, nos encontramos en la playa de la Farola, donde siempre , a las 9:30 de la mañana! 

Haremos nuestra práctica completa: respiración, posturas, flow, meditación, relajación y terminamos bañandonosss. Si queréis llevar algo de comida, nos quedamos después de clase tipo picnic!
