DESCRIPTION: Namaste amig@s: por fin volvemos a practicar en la playa!!
Empezamos y terminamos la clase con pranayama y meditación, jugaremos practicando Vinyasa Flow, yoga dinámico para todos los niveles... disfrutando del sol matutino y brisa de mar.. terminamos con la técnica de respiración de Wim Hof y después de la clase, quien quiera, nos tiramos al mar :)
Recuerda llevarte la leche solar, gafas de sol y agua !
Precio de la clase son 10 euros. Entra en mensualidad :)

🇬🇧Namaste friends, we're finally back on the beach!!
We'll start this playful Vinyasa Flow class with some breathing exercise, meditation and centering. We'll finish the session with Wim Hof breathing technique and after class some of us will jump into the sea :)
Price for this class is 10 euro.

Remember to bring your suntan lotion, sunglasses and water x
