🇬🇧Friends, we're going to the beach Saturday 23 and 30 July!
We'll start the session with breathing exercises, centering ourselves to start a new day with an intention, we'll practice Hatha-Vinyasa and play a bit in pairs, relax, meditate and do Wim Hof breathwork before we jump into the sea!! If you feel like, we can also go for breakfast together!
