Será una clase de vinyasa suave en la que moveremos el cuerpo al ritmo de la respiración, disfrutaremos de las vistas y la brisa del mar, la puesta del sol.. haremos ejercicios de pranayama, respiración consciente, nos vamos a relajar y meditar para terminar el día con gratitud y calma.. empezamos a las 21:00.
Llevate ropa cómoda y tu esterilla ! :)
