DESCRIPTION: 🇪🇸En esta clase se mantienen la técnica y principios del yoga más clásico y hatha yoga de Rishikesh y también nos enfocamos en fluidez entre la postura y respiración. Unión entre las asanas a través de la respiración y el movimiento, parecido a Vinyasa flow. Siempre empezamos en una meditación corta y ejercicios de respiración. Terminamos en 
relajación antes de meditar de nuevo.
Tenemos esterillas, bloques y cintas.
🇬🇧 In this Hatha flow class, we focus on different techniques and alignment , and sometimes more on a fluid movement that follows the rhythm of the breath. We always start with a short meditation and breathing exercises and finish in a relaxation pose before meditating again.
We have mats, blocks and straps.
