DESCRIPTION: 🇪🇸El día 13 de mayo empezamos con clases los sábados para los que no podáis acudir durante la semana. 
El primer sábado vamos a practicar con Belén,  quien nos guiará de una manera suave y pausada para terminar la semana soltando tensión, estrés,  ansiedad... a través de movimiento y respiración y siempre una corta meditación. 
Esta clase entra en mensualidad y también se puede reservar como clase suelta. 
El día 20 de mayo saldremos a la playa con Ivana.
Día 27 practicaremos con Chusi.

🇬🇧 as off Saturday 13 May, we'll be practising together Saturdays at 10:00.
The first one Belén will share her gentle vinyasa practice with you.  She'll guide you into surrender, letting go of tensión, stress , anxiety... throughout breathing , movement and a short meditation. 
Saturday 20 May, Ivana will share her practice on the beach.
27 May Chusi will be with you at the studio .
