DESCRIPTION: 🇪🇸En esta clase dinámica y divertida MULTINIVEL hacemos un poco de todo: saludos al sol A y B, posturas de pie, equilibrio sobre los brazos, invertidas... siempre empezamos meditando y centrándonos, con algún ejercicio de respiración y terminamos en una relajación de sobre 5 minutos y meditando. 
Todas las posturas se modifican según las necesidades de cada uno. 
Tenemos esterillas! Nos vemos en la sala !
🇬🇧In this fun and fluid MULTILEVEL class, we cover everything: sun salutation A and B, standing and arm balancing poses, inversions...we always start with a short meditation and centering, a pranayama exercise/s and finish relaxing around 5 minutes and meditating 
All the asanas (poses) are modified as per one's needs
