Movimiento al ritmo de la respiración consciente, respiración al ritmo de mar, meditación, relajación.. estar en el aquí y ahora observando lo que hay. Ponemos una intención para la clase y para ir despidendonos del año... Estamos cultivando una actitud de paciencia, aceptación, gratitud, no-juicio, la mente de principiante, soltar.. no solo flexibilidad física sino mental y emocional.

Necesitas un pareo/esterilla de yoga, gafas de sol, agua y ropa cómoda.

Next Saturday 30 December we'll gather on the beach to share our practise at La Farola Beach, La Malagueta 

Movement at the pace of our conscious breath, breath at the pace of the sea waves, meditation, relaxation... being present in the here and now open to whatever we experience.
We set up an intention for the class, day, week or the month while we're also saying goodbye to this year...
We are cultivating the attitude of pacience, acceptance, gratitude, non-judgement, beginner's mind, letting go... not only physical but emotional and mental flexibility...

You will need: a beach towel/old yoga mat, sunglasses, water and comfy clothes. Bring swimming wear if you wish to jump into the sea after class :)
Price: €10. It's covered by your monthly fee.
