Aunque la sala estará cerrada hasta el día 8, nos veremos el día 7, domingo, para compartir nuestra práctica y buena vibra y así empezar el año nuevo con buen pie. 

Haremos, como siempre, una práctica completa pero esta vez terminaremos con un ejercicio de Breathwork 
Como siempre, quién quiera se puede bañar en el mar después y/o desayunar juntos

🇬🇧 Namaste everyone , hope you're enjoying your holiday season...

Even though the studio will be closed till 8th January, we'll meet up this upcoming Sunday at Malagueta to share our practise and start the New Year on a positive note.

As usual, we'll do a complete class but this time we'll finish with a Breathwork exercise 💪🏼 

Whoever feels like can jump into the sea and/or join us for breakfast (not included in the price :)
