Este mes nos veremos TRES veces en la playa, el sábado 6 y 27 de abril  y el viernes 19 abril! 
Como siempre, es una clase completa con ejercicios de respiración, asanas, meditación y relajación. También jugaremos en pareja :) 
Llévate tu esterilla o pareo de playa y agua.

As usual, this is a complete class, it includes breathing exercises, asanas, meditation and relaxation. We'll also playa in couples :)
Price is €10, it's free for the members. 
Please bring your mat, sarong or a towel and water.
