💃 Movimiento Somático (10-15 min)
🌬️ Respiración Consciente Conectada (1 hora de respiración intensa por la boca dividida en 4 fases)
🤲 Integración (10-15 min)
💞 Círculo Compasivo (10-15 min)
Ya seas nuevo en la respiración o experimentado, este es un espacio seguro para explorar, liberar y conectar.

In this session, we will cover:

💃 Somatic Movement (10-15 mins)
🌬️ Conscious Connected Breathwork (1 hour of intense breathing through the mouth divided in 4 phases)
🤲 Integration (10-15 mins)
💞 Compassionate Circle (10-15 mins)
