Restorative Yoga allows for conscious relaxation, 
the softening of the body, 
and relaxing of  the mind.
Reiki is an energy modality that clears
Blocked energy allowing it to move freely through the body.
During the poses, each participant will
Receive Reiki to help deepen their experience.
