Join us for a 60 minute all level Yoga Flow led by Melanie Parks. 
Following Class we will head over to Athleta in Old Town for our own after hours Private Shopping event. Those who attend class will receive a 20% discount on their purchase! 
Refreshments will also be provided.

*Parking is free in Old Town on Sundays

BYOP: We will practice in the parking lot adjacent to Wellness Junction. Please bring any props you need that will allow your practice to be more comfortable!
