Yin Yoga is a practice where poses
are held for a longer period of time. It targets deep connective tissue such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. 
It allows the body to open and stuck
energy to freely move. The slower pace of  Yin Yoga creates a more meditative practice allowing space to turn inward to both the body and the mind.

The benefits of Acupuncture are ancient. 
The Acupuncture will be given by
Licensed Acupuncturist Peter Liebenthal.
He will be using a four point Auricular
treatment that helps reduce stress and anxiety.

These two practices will leave you
fully relaxed and in a state of bliss!

There is room for 12 participants.

Cost is $55 per person
